About Printings & Orders
What to determines the cost or printing product?
The Quantity of per item you order greatly affects the cost per unit. By increasing the number of unit purchased, you decrease the cost per unit Adding ink colours & others finishing like laminate, spot uv, varnish, hot stamping, embossing, calendering are increases the cost. Other factors that affect the cost are the material of your product, its thickness, grammage, etc.
What is the tooling of printing plate / block, and how do I determine how many I need?
Printing plate / blocks are plates that are used in printing of your product. You will need 1 block for every colour you print. For example, a box with 1 colour, double sides will need 2 blocks. For 2 colours, double sides, 4 blocks will be needed.
What is the tooling Cost of Die-cut Mould?
Die-cutting is a manufacturing process which utilizes die cut mold to cut paperboard into custom shapes and to crease custom folding lines on the paperboard.
How long does it take to manufacture printing item?
For most printed item, the lead time is 7-14 working days after the approval of artwork, and it was also depends on order quantity. Shipping transit time is not included in this estimate. Rush job are based on our production capability. These are only estimates as there are many variables to be taken into account in the manufacturing process.
How are the product packing?
All item are bulk packed in corrugated cartons, paper wrapping or bundering (bulk item).
Can I use my P.O. box for shipping?
No. A valid street address with valid contact number is needed to ensure good delivery within and outside Malaysia.
Can I request delivery to outside Malaysia?
Yes, for international customers, we can appoint logistics companies to handle the logistics of shipping your order to over 200 countries worldwide.
How are the shipping charges?
All products are shipped by appointed logistics companies and cost of shipping are vary according to product weight and destination.
For repeat order, do I have to pay setup charges again?
Unless the initial confirm artwork got changes or the tooling are spoiled after several quantity else all tooling are one time fees.
What types of artwork file formats that can be accept?
Adobe software. We prefer original files to be sent in Adobe Illustrator format (AI file) so we can adjust the artwork and make it ready to print. The following formats are cannot be accepted: Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher or any other documents or formats such as JPEG, GIF, BMP, PCX, or other low-resolution images. Artwork charges will apply for recreating your file into Adobe Illustrator.
